Strategic Marketing Transformation
Our collaboration with the Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) marked a pivotal chapter in our journey. From October 2020 to April 2021, we embarked on a journey to craft a strategic marketing plan that would redefine NDC’s outreach approach.
Through interviews with key stakeholders, we unearthed four primary objectives. Our strategy entailed not only ideation but also a step-by-step playbook for achieving quarterly goals.
Executing the Vision
The implementation of our marketing plan required the establishment of systems and processes.
We dedicated the first three months of September 2021 to ensure internal readiness, enabling the NDC team to focus on innovation and nuances.
We introduced Standard Operating Procedures, weekly check-ins, storytelling meetings, and a social media onboarding guide to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
A Season of Impact
Giving Campaigns In November and December 2021, we orchestrated Giving Tuesday and end-of-year giving campaigns. Collaborating with NDC team members and consultants, we conceptualized a campaign centered on storytelling.
This approach birthed branded videos and graphics that reinforced the overarching message across various platforms. Key stakeholders contributed video content, igniting engagement and ultimately raising $22,000.
Monitoring Progress
Monthly reports mapped to marketing plan goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provided insight into our progress.
Visuals tracking growth from September 2021 to February 2022 guided our quarterly strategy documents, offering a clear pathway to goal attainment.
